Monster Love Anniversary Card

Hello everyone! I hope you're having a wonderful day! I'm happy to share with you this anniversary card I made for my cousins using the Monster Love Stamp and Die set from Concord & 9th.

So the background I made for this card uses one of my favorite watercolor techniques and one of the first watercolor techniques I tried for myself when I was just starting out doing art and making cards. It's super easy and quick and really creates beautiful backgrounds everytime.

I used Ecoline Liquid Watercolors in the colors Turquoise Blue, Pastel Violet, and Fir Green.

Aren't these little monsters just so cute?! I stamped them in Antique Linen Distress Ink and colored them with my Prismacolor colored pencils to look like they had a fuzzy texture to them.

You can watch the process video below or in full HD on my YouTube channel!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I am really working hard to improve my videos. While I've been making cards for some time, I'm still getting used to being filmed while doing it, and trying to convey a clear and concise process for how I make my cards (even when my thought process is all over the place!) I appreciate your support and kind words, and if you'd like to share what you've created, I'd love to see it!  Have a good day!
