I really like candy corn!

Hey all! I'm back with another card - a shaker card! I love making interactive cards like these, and Lawn Fawn has made it super easy with the Shaker Add-on die to the How You Bean? stamp set. Since Halloween is coming, I decided to use the Candy Corn Add-on stamps and dies.

For the background, I blended 3 colors of Tim Holtz Distress Ink: Black Soot, Seedless Preserves, and Chipped Sapphire with an Ink Blending Tool to create a soft night sky. I created the hilly grass with a mixture of Forest Moss and Pine Needles Distress Ink and the Simon Says Stamp Waves and Hills stencil.

I stamped a few stars from the Mama Elephant Shooting Star stamp set in Stampin' up! craft white pigment ink. The ink goes on bright white, but softens as it drys.

The Copic Markers I used to color the candy corn and the jar:

Y 13
YR 16
N 0, 2, & 4

I also added just a little bit of Wink of Stella in Glitter Clear on the jar (I just love adding a bit of sparkle!)

Then I added Studio Katia Iridescent Stars embellishments with Ranger Multi Medium Matte and a Marvy Jewel Picker to pick up and place the stars.

The contents of the shaker are a few candy corn die cuts and some clear/iridescent confetti I had lying around from an old project.

The sentiment is embossed with Hero Arts White Embossing Powder

The frame is the largest die from the My Favorite Things Stitched Rectangle Scallop Edge Frames die set.

This card is also an entry into the:
